We’ve had a busy few weeks letting out commercial property here in the South East of Kent. It seems that despite the gloom and doom being proffered around by the press about the recession some people are rising above it and proving the Chancellor wrong!
Helping Hand Care Company moved to a top floor office in Worthington Street in early 2010 providing a range of support services to people with physical disabilities, hearing or eyesight difficulties, mental health problems, learning difficulties, dementia or terminal illnesses. They also provide a number of other personal and domestic services.
Providing this service to people within the Dover district and beyond Helping Hand Care Company have acquired high ratings with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) receiving a 2 star Good rating following their CQC audit in June 2010.
Such has been their commitment to providing the highest levels of care through their extensive staff training and mentoring program, business has grown from strength to strength and owner Sharon Geary has now had to take on extra office space in the same building at 25 Worthington Street, Dover.
The Accommodation Shop was able to help secure the extra, much needed space for Helping Hand Care Company on a flexible lease giving them the ability to expand quickly and with little disruption to their business.
Steve Davies from The Accommodation Shop is using his local knowledge of the area to secure prospective tenants the best possible deal from landlords, thus allowing new businesses to start up with relative ease and succeed in these demanding times.
“I hope that Helping Hand Care Company continues to grow and we look forward to supporting them in the future” says Steve. “We have recently let another shop out in Dover and a number of office suites and retail units in Deal, people clearly are looking more and more at running their own businesses and enjoying the success that comes with that”.
